Hi I would like to say what a pleasurable visit myself & my daughter had at your Melbourne store on Saturday afternoon. Both staff were extremely pleasant & helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for them, they were cheerful & happy to help. Both appeared to be happy to be there working unlike other stores that we have been to.
We valued their honest opinion & suggestions & will definitely make your store our first stop next time we are in the market for a dress. please pass on our appreciation to both girls. Also thank you for posting out the correct size so swiftly.

I firstly would like to say what wonderful and helpful staff you have at SWISH.

I am from the Gold Coast and had one day to find four bridesmaids dresses in Melbourne!

We had such an awful day to begin with and encountered so many rude sales staff, that we were just about over it….until we walked into your store!

The service we had from Danielle was more than exceptional and beyond any expectations, her knowledge and skills were outstanding. Danielle put my mind at ease right from start. Not only did Danielle organise all the dresses from other stores, she also is shipping them to all the bridesmaids.

I have never encountered such a lovely team and store. I would like to thank you all again and please let Danielle know that I flew home with a mammoth smile.

 

As an aside, I just wanted to say thanks for all your help. When Alexa travelled from London we had 2 days to find the dresses…she arranged for shopping in Sydney but I suggested she pop into you guys while in Melbourne as I knew from my past experience that you always have great stock.  Despite trawling through Sydney we found nothing close to either the range or service you guys provided - so I just wanted to say a big thanks for helping out a slightly stressed bride and her dress-less bridesmaids!

I would just like to take the time to say a big thank you to Ebony who works in your head office. She was amazing and went above and beyond my expectations of customer service (best I’ve ever had)
I was a bit wary of buying online, as I’d never shopped online before.
Initially I just made an online enquiry about sizing and after a few emails Ebony gave me a call. She was a huge help and really understood what I was after she even sent me photos of Items off her own mobile.
She made the whole process a breeze. I even received my items the next day and they were absolutely perfect.
I’ve thanked Ebony many times but would just like to pass on how great it was to have such an amazing shopping experience as it is very rare these and I will definitely be a returning online customer.

I just wanted to write a quick email to say how happy and impressed I am with the quality of customer service I have received from Swish. I pre-ordered a beautiful Very Very dress and noticed that the stitching was a bit puckered on one side. I called Swish in Chapel Street and they arranged for a courier to collect my dress and take it direct to Very Very for it to be fixed. That very same day I received a call from Swish to say that Very Very had looked and my dress and fixed the fault and they would courier it straight back to me the following day! I was absolutely ecstatic at the turn around time. The next day I received a call from Swish just to make sure I had received the dress and that I was happy with how it turned out.

It is so rare to received such brilliant customer service so I just wanted to take the time to say thank-you. I will definately shop at swish in the future and recommend you to my friends.

To whom it may concern,

My daughter recently went into your store on Little Collins Street in Melbourne to try on a dress for a formal in late November. Unfortunately the dress was sold out and on pre-order until late November the staff were extremely helpful in giving us the option order the dress, however, it was going to be too close to the date of the formal so we declined.

When arriving home my daughter called your head office as she had decided to purchase the gown in a different color and spoke to an employee named Ebony. I would like to thank this employee as she was extremely helpful and went out of her way to find the gown in the color my daughter originally wanted (there was only one left in Australia located in Sydney). Ebony was extremely friendly and helpful and had the dress sent down to Melbourne and couriered to my home within 2 days of our first conversation.

It is wonderful to see that you have such great employees like Ebony working for your brand as the dress is wonderful and she made the process of purchasing very easy. I will definitely be shopping at SWISH again!

 I hadn't seen it in real life only in pictures and I love it. It is exactly what I was looking for.

I tried it on and was amazed it fit me now being 35 weeks pregnant ha ha ha.

Obviously it will look better after but still if it fits now it will for the wedding.

Excellent service

Hi Swishers, I have been shopping at Swish since it first began in the tiny shop just near where I was living at the time.

Anyway, I always come back for the great service and recently I purchased my bridesmaid dresses x 3. Then one of them got pregnant and the dress didn't fit.

To cut a long story short, I spoke to Tylar in your office earlier this week and by the end of the day I had a dress in a larger size in my hands and didn't even have to leave my desk.

I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently I was looked after and just want to say thanks as always for the great service. It made a stressful situation much much better and I will definitely be shopping at Swish until I'm too old to get away with it!

I spoke to Angela over the phone, explained my urgency in needing a dress within a short time frame. She was superb to deal with, checked my size was in stock and promised it's safe postage from Melbourne to Sydney overnight. To my joy, it did indeed arrive the very next day, beautifully wrapped and with a lovley note enclosed.

I would like to pass on feedback regarding my first purchase with Swish...
I ordered a size 10 Ethel dress online (I live in Darwin) shortly after I placed my order Angela from Swish called me.

The purpose of Angela's call was to discuss and advise on the size I had selected. Angela advised me that most customers had gone down a size and  suggested I do the same, which I did.

I am very happy to report that I received my beautiful dress today and thanks to Angela my dress is a perfect fit. A huge credit to your business to have Angela who cares enough to call and offer advice as opposed to many businesses who wouldn't bother.

Please pass on my appreciation to Angela - I can't wait to wear my new dress and I will definitely be using your site again.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you about the great service I received from the store manager Janice at the Bentleigh Swish store.

Back in May I purchased a long black Nicolangela gown and it had on one shoulder glass stones stitched on a patch in like an eye shape (sorry my description is not very good).  When I returned home I noticed 1 stone was missing and to be honest, I wasn’t too worried as the dress came with a few extra stones.  However after a couple of wears, there were about 5 or so stones missing.  Anyway to cut a long story short, Janice arranged for the dress to be returned to Nicolangela who gladly replaced the whole patch of stones.  Janice even offered to pick up and drop off the dress, which wasn’t necessary as I’m a local.

It is so refreshing to receive customer service, not only with a smile but with an attitude and approach of genuinely wanting to help the customer which is exactly how Janice handled this situation.

If you could please pass on a thank you to Janice it would be appreciated.
