Returns & Exchange Policy
We understand that some items are not always suitable and they may need to be returned.
Please choose your items carefully before making your selection and moving ahead to complete your on-line purchase order.
1. CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
If you change your mind or make the wrong selection, you may exchange your item(s) for exchange or credit (which you prefer), providing:
§ Contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase order.
§ Proof of purchase (tax invoice) is required
§ The item(s) are in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached
§ The item(s) are unworn, unwashed, not used, altered, soiled or damaged and in original condition
§ Please note only one exchange is available per purchase.
3. GENERALLY
In the interest of hygiene, we do not exchange pierced jewellery, underwear.
Please note that exchanges are subject to availability of goods.
Note that all returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Swish Clothing Head Office VIC.
We recommend and advise when sending your return parcel, that you use a postal tracking service through Australia Post to ensure safe delivery to us.
4. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us; however we will re-send your order for free.
Please note that Swish Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or any items that are returned to us in error.
Ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items.
Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our VIC Distribution Centre.
ONLY on-line purchase orders can be returned and exchanged at our Swish Clothing Head Office.
However items purchased on-line can be returned and exchanged at any Swish Clothing retail store under the above conditions.

5. CREDIT NOTES
Online credit notes, including promotion vouchers, are valid for two months.
