Your terms and conditions of use

• Goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original tags attached and receipt supplied if a credit note or exchange is requested 
  

• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable

• Goods that have been worn, used , soiled in anyway will not be exchanged

• No exchange on sale items

• No further discounts when using a credit note

• All returns must be authorized  by our head office team stating the order number and name via email to webstore@swishclothing.com.au

• Pre orders can be only cancelled for a credit note or exchange

• Pre order dates may change due to suppliers

• Swish do not refund unless goods are faulty
